The ePassporte Visa Electron Card may be used to make purchases at retail locations where Visa is accepted electronically and to withdraw funds at over one million Visa and/or PLUS ATM locations worldwide. The Gift Account works well for parents sending money to children at college or for family members who live in different parts of the world. Funds transfers cost just US$0.30, a fraction of the cost of Western Union transfers or bank wires.
For just US$0.30*, ePassporte Account Holders can send funds to other eligible Account Holders. Personal Account Holders may purchase ePassporte Gift Accounts for friends and family members who have not purchased their own ePassporte Account or who are unable to obtain one themselves.
* ePassporte charges US$0.30 per transfer for up to 5 transfers and US$1.00 per transfer for more than 5 transfers within a 24 hour period.
ePassporte Account Holders may receive funds from other ePassporte Account Holders at no cost. Funds are transferred instantly and are accessible immediately.
ePassporte Wallet Account Holders may transfer funds to a bank account in the United States for a flat fee of US$3.00 per transfer. Account Holders residing outside of the United States may request a bank wire transfer for a fee of US$50.00.
ePassporte Visa Virtual Account Holders who purchase a Visa Electron Card may withdraw funds at millions of Visa and/or PLUS ATM locations worldwide for just US$3.00 per transaction.

Requirements for Obtaining ePassporte Select Status
In addition to having been ePassporte Account Holders for a minimum of 4 months, Personal Account Holders must also have a minimum of 2 verified load mechanisms OR have loaded with a credit card or bank account at least 5 times since the account was opened.

ePassporte Account Holders with Java enabled mobile phones can download ePassporte’s Mobile Money Manager Application to set up new ePassporte Accounts or to manage existing ones. To download this application, please log into your account and click on the "eP Mobile" tab under "My Account" and then click on the "Mobile Money" button. Standard ePassporte fees apply.
