Com a Rede do TGV planetaria...Economia de escala (aplicar Economia de Escala...na televisao,medias...(preços,etc...) .., falta sempre a economia de escala...neste pontos da expansao das centrais solares(energia solar,energias renovaveis,etc,...rede Planetaria de TGV aplica-se o conceito de Economia de escala...ha um problema planetario com a Economia de escala...tenho o "feeling" que estes projectos necessitam obrigatoriamente de Economia de escala...Economia de escala->Planetaria...)->(ligando todas as cidades em todos os continentes,etc...transporte de pessoas, mercadorias,produtos...etc...velocidade média entre 300 a 500 km por hora...)preparada, ao mesmo tempo construindo instalaçoes de centrais de energia solar,energias alternativas...preparar a cablagem da fibra optica,etc,etc,etc(ao mesmo tempo que se constroi as linhas do TGV->pacote completo...por exemplo algumas paragens to TGV devem ser as centrais de energias renovaveis,etc->com sentido,logica..nas linhas to TGV...por exemplo uma central gigantesca de energia solar,eolica,etc em Africa,etc(...Planeta Terra,entre 2 cidades...por examplo->Amazonia->nao deviam construir mais estradas/auto-estradas na Amazonia, nao tem sentido... o TGV é o ideal e com poucas paragens/estaçoes(e as poucas paragens/estaçoes->mesmo conceito...energias renovaveis...America do Sul...Linguas sao Portugues e Espanhol...em Africa também se fala Portugues,Frances,Ingles,etc....(organizar estas coisas com sentido,logica,transparencia,etc)...)...e parar a deflorestaçao na Amazonia(previsoes apontam para 40%...)...)), a linha de TGV Planetaria,continentes,paises,cidades(com sentido,logica de progresso,organizaçao,essencial para o futuro do Planeta Terra,etc,etc,etc..inclusive numa logica de simplificaçao de calculo de custos de transporte,tempo,etc,etc->1 TGV com 15 minutos de distancia(distancia minima de segurança sao 15 minutos entre TGV's...)...velocidade entre 300 a 500 km por hora ..capacidade de transporte,velocidade,calculo exacto das distancias entre...,etc,etc,etc...)...e o resto dos projectos...,etc,etc... Temos de preparar estes projectos todos...todas as pessoas,Presidentes,etc,etc(eleiçoes???...pessoalmente nao tenho paciencia para eleiçoes,conflitos Politicos,etc...com estes projectos todos essenciais para o Planeta terra...)...TGV no Planeta Terra, todas as grandes cidades ligadas(transporte de produtos,mercadorias,pessoas,etc), em todos os continentes com velocidades médias enter 300 a 500 km/hora(a "historia" dos 15 minutos como distancia de segurança minima entre TGV's na mesma linha,etc,etc...e o outros projectos também,etc,etc...
